| Site reference (filled in by 1618) | __________ |
| Name or registered name of the business | __________ |
| Business RFC | __________ |
| Site address | __________ |
| Type of business (for example car workshop, commercial kitchen, construction site) | __________ |

| Who records | ☐ the business's own staff who agree to take part ☐ external 1618 contributors (IDs: __________) |
| Period | from __________ to __________ |
1. Summary
- A person straps a phone to their forehead and records their own hands doing real work at your business.
- They record in the app of a client of 1618 ([BUYER]). The videos go straight to the client, which uses them to train and evaluate artificial intelligence systems and robots. 1618 does not receive, store or see the videos.
- The videos show the inside of your business, your tools and the objects being used. 1618 does not give the name or address of your business to anyone outside the project.
- No one appears in the picture without agreeing. No one under 18 appears.
- Your staff take part only if they want to. You do not receive copies of the videos and you do not use them to monitor anyone.
- 1618 pays you [TO CONFIRM: a fee, section 6].
- You can end this permission whenever you want.
2. Parties
You (the person signing below, for yourself or for the business named above) and The Memeplex Weaving Company Sàrl, trading as 1618 Robotics ("1618"), Rue des Charmilles 1, c/o Arbitri Sàrl, 1203 Geneva, Switzerland, Swiss company number CHE-290.862.749, sales@1618robotics.com.
3. How it works
3.1 Contributors record with the app of the client of 1618 ("the App", [BUYER APP]). Each video is uploaded from the App to the client. The client decides which videos it accepts and uses them under its own terms and privacy notice: [TO CONFIRM: link].
3.2 1618 recruits and trains the contributors, pays them, coordinates the sites and pays you what is set out in section 6. 1618 does not receive the videos. Through the client's portal it only sees session data (date, duration, task, accepted hours) and which site they belong to [TO CONFIRM: how a session is assigned to a site].
3.3 The contributors are independent (Format MX-1). They are not workers of 1618 or of the client.
4. Where, when and what is recorded
| Areas where recording is allowed | __________ |
| Areas where recording is not allowed (always: restrooms, changing rooms, rest areas) | __________ |
| Days and hours | __________ |
| Tasks that may be recorded | __________ |
| Machines and power tools | ☐ not allowed ☐ allowed only: __________ (never lathes, grinders or machines with exposed rotating parts) |
| Vehicles | No recording while driving or while operating vehicles, forklifts or mobile machinery |
5. Conditions
5.1 People. No one appears in the picture without agreeing. In particular:
(a) customers, visitors and employees who are not taking part are kept out of the picture, as far as possible;
(b) anyone who does not want to appear says so, and the contributor moves away or stops recording;
(c) no person under 18, including apprentices, is in the area during recording;
(d) you place the notice in Annex A at the entrance to the area where recording takes place, while recording is happening; and
(e) no one records secretly.
5.2 Your staff. If one of your employees records their own work:
(a) they take part only if they want to; you do not order them to record, do not ask them for a minimum number of hours and do not apply any consequence if they do not take part or stop taking part;
(b) they sign the Terms for Contributors (Format MX-1) on their own account and 1618 pays them directly;
(c) recording does not change their employment relationship with you or their salary [TO CONFIRM: whether recording happens during working hours paid by you, or only with their express agreement; see list for lawyer, item 9]; and
(d) you do not receive copies of the videos and do not use them to monitor, assess or discipline anyone.
5.3 Confidential information. The contributor keeps out of the picture, as far as possible: documents, screens, customer names and data, orders, plans, vehicle license plates, customers' property, trade secrets and anything you list here: __________.
5.4 Safety. The contributor follows the site's safety rules and uses the protective equipment you require. You can stop a recording at any time for safety reasons.
6. Fee to the site
[TO CONFIRM, choose one option:]
Option 1. 1618 pays you [TO CONFIRM: 15] MXN for each accepted hour recorded at your site, plus [TO CONFIRM: 1,000] MXN once when the site reaches [TO CONFIRM: 25] accepted hours. 1618 pays monthly, within [TO CONFIRM: 5] business days after the client confirms the accepted hours for the period, by transfer to an account in the business's name (CLABE: __________). With each payment we send you the breakdown of hours. [TO CONFIRM: whether the business must issue a CFDI to 1618 as a foreign resident, generic RFC XEXX010101000, and with what IVA.]
Option 2. The permission is given without payment.
7. Permission
7.1 You allow authorized contributors to record at your site within the limits of sections 4 and 5.
7.2 You agree that the videos, which show the inside of the site, its tools and the objects used there, are uploaded to the client of 1618 and that the client uses, copies, processes and licenses them, worldwide, to create, train, test and evaluate artificial intelligence systems and robots, under the client's terms. [TO CONFIRM: duration of this permission; whether the client requires a direct permission from the site or an assignment in its favor; see list for lawyer, item 13.]
7.3 1618 does not disclose the name or address of your business outside the project, except to an authority that requires it. [TO CONFIRM: whether the client receives the site address.]
7.4 You declare that you have the authority to give this permission and that recording at the site does not breach a lease or any other commitment of the business.
8. Removing content
8.1 If a video recorded at your site shows confidential information, tell 1618 the approximate date and time. 1618 sends your request to the client within [TO CONFIRM: 5] business days and tells you the answer.
8.2 1618 does not control the videos and cannot guarantee that the client removes them. [TO CONFIRM: whether the client offers a removal procedure and within what time. Difference from Format P2, section 5: in Mexico you cannot review the videos before they are used, because 1618 does not receive them.]
9. Liability
9.1 Contributors are responsible for their own acts. [TO CONFIRM: liability for damage to the site or its equipment during recording, limit and insurance; today 1618 has no insurance that covers sites.]
9.2 Nothing in this permission makes 1618 the employer of your staff, or you the employer of the external contributors.
10. Termination
10.1 You can end this permission at any time by telling 1618 in writing (email or WhatsApp). It ends for recordings made after the notice is received.
10.2 1618 can end it with [TO CONFIRM: 7] calendar days' notice.
10.3 Videos recorded before termination remain subject to section 7, except what is removed under section 8. 1618 pays you the accepted hours up to termination.
11. Personal data
1618 processes your data (name, position, contact details, business details, CLABE, signature) to document this permission, pay you and coordinate the recordings, under its Full Privacy Notice (Format MX-2), which you received before signing. By signing, you expressly authorize the processing of the CLABE to pay you (art. 7 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties).
12. General provisions
12.1 [TO CONFIRM: federal laws of Mexico and the courts of the city where the site is.]
12.2 The Spanish version is binding.
12.3 Changes to sections 4 to 6 require written agreement from both parties, which may be by email or WhatsApp.
12.4 The parties may sign electronically (Federal Civil Code, arts. 1803 and 1834 bis).
13. Signatures
Owner, representative or authorized manager. I have the authority to give this permission for the site named and I sign it freely.

Annex A. Notice to place at the site
Recording in progress: robotics project
A person here is wearing a phone on their forehead that records their own hands while they work. The videos are used to train artificial intelligence systems and robots.
If you do not want to appear, say so. The person will move away or stop recording.
The videos are received and processed by [BUYER] under its privacy notice: [TO CONFIRM: link or QR code]. The recording is coordinated by 1618 Robotics (The Memeplex Weaving Company Sàrl, Geneva, Switzerland), which does not receive the videos. Questions: sales@1618robotics.com.
[TO CONFIRM: whether the notice must name the client as controller of the videos, or whether a link to its notice is enough; difference from Format P3, which promises to remove sound and blur faces, which 1618 does not do in this model.]
What the contributor says when someone comes in: "I am recording my hands for a robotics project. Would you mind staying out of the camera's view for a moment? If you prefer, I will stop recording."

- During recording, no one under 18 will be in the area, and the other people in the home will know about the recording and will stay out of the picture.
- I can ask the contributor to stop recording at any time.
- My data (name, address, signature) is processed by 1618 under its Full Privacy Notice (Format MX-2), which I received.
