Version A: website and forms

Short privacy notice. The Memeplex Weaving Company Sàrl, trading as 1618 Robotics, with its address at Rue des Charmilles 1, c/o Arbitri Sàrl, 1203 Geneva, Switzerland, is responsible for your personal data.

What data we process: name, age, city, trade, WhatsApp number, email, phone model and, if you start taking part, your CLABE to pay you and the data on your accepted hours that we receive from our client. We do not ask for sensitive data. We do not receive your videos: they go straight to the client, under its own privacy notice.

What for: checking whether you can take part, training you, sending you the strap, coordinating the sites where you record, paying you, handling disputes and complying with the law. With your consent, also to contact you about future projects and send you surveys; you can refuse without affecting your participation or your payments.

How to limit the use of your data: write to sales@1618robotics.com or to our WhatsApp [TO CONFIRM: number] to ask us not to contact you about future projects or surveys, or to exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection.
